“I have always been interested in representation of female sexuality in fashion photography and the way we use this sexuality to sell clothes, products, holidays and, well, lifestyles. The books that you’d find in my room are the ones with work by Ellen von Unwerth, Guy Bourdin, Helmut Newton or Andreas Bitesnich. They stand next to books about marketing and psychology of advertising – I believe that to take a truly appealing photograph, or to make a successful advert, we have to understand what people desire.“
