Brandy Eve Allen is a creative based in LA. She works mainly in photography, with rare and expired films, a lot of infrared films that aren’t made anymore, and she develops everything at home.
«I’ve always been drawn to a more intimate and personal approach. We’ve all felt like outsiders at one time or another, if not all the time, and the work I create, the life I’m living is about creating space for the outsiders by sharing my own emotional journey through imagery. I want to go beyond the surface to bring out something beneath the obvious, a place where intimacy can relate. I’m listening to the body’s language, beyond words where each subject gets to be anonymous in how they reveal themselves.»
