Food For Thought

Ariadne Fytopoulou, a self-taught fine art photographer from Athens, Greece, blends criticism and humor in her work, exploring themes of identity and societal transformation. Recognized for her talent, she has received awards and exhibited her work across Greece and Europe.

Her project “Food For Thought” not only examines our complex relationship with food in a capitalist society but also explores the power of women within this context. Through evocative imagery where a women stands front, it delves into the emotional, cultural and economic dimensions of food consumption, inviting viewers to reflect on modern gastronomic experiences and their impact on our lives, challenging societal norms and embracing the power of choice and self-determination
