Isabella Holder is a 23 years old photographer based in the UK. Her work aims to raise awareness and create discourse around image-based archetypes and mental health whilst visually promoting the empowerment of women. The project ‘Honest’ explores and highlights the positive changes we can make within issues of unrealistic expectations and the rise in mental health struggles for young women.
“I want to visually promote positivity for young women whilst raising awareness for these current issues through imagery and artwork. This photography series is intended to visually convey a sense of calm to the viewer, to try and ease anxieties and simply provide some visually tranquil yet thought provoking, natural imagery to look at.“
