Portrait, fashion, and sometimes landscape photographer Luce Lapadula’s dreamy images blur the lines between editorial photography and art. She creates dualistic dialogues between aesthetics and nature, ruminating on organic subjects with intimacy and visual flair. Her images manifest empowerment, finding the sublime in everyday (wild)life and retrieving emotion through movement and gesture; from rejecting stereotypes to enabling change. Luce’s new series features model and self-love advocate Cheryl Shaw for Vogue Italy’s ongoing project Fantagirl, devised by the brand Fantabody. This project is an ode to the female body, regardless of its shape and skin color.
