Reka Koti is a photographer experimenting with lo-fi analog and focusing on gender identity in her work. She also presented the images of “The Wonderland” series in the framework of an exhibition in Budapest, Berlin, and Lisbon.
“The Wonderland series consists of analog portraits of members and activists of the queer communities in Lisbon, Budapest, Berlin and New York. The photos are done analog but with two layers, so each picture has a person and a location from the city I met them.
My motivation to develop the series was to promote awareness about gender stereotyping.”
